Family Services Employee Assistance Program is accredited by the Employee Assistance Society of North America (EASNA).

EASNA is an association for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) professionals and organizations. EASNA associates specialize in workplace and family wellness, employee benefits, and organizational development. The EASNA accreditation program was established in 1980 to promote standards of excellence for EAP practitioners. EASNA standards are regularly updated to reflect changes in the field of EAP.

As an EASNA associate, FSEAP undergoes regular peer reviews in addition to incorporating the EASNA Code of Ethics as part of our quality assurance process.
