COA is an international, independent, not-for-profit organization that has been accrediting public and private human service organizations since 1977. COA has specific standards for Canadian EAP providers.

fseap is a member of EASNA. EASNA is an association for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) professionals and organizations. EASNA associates specialize in workplace and family wellness, employee benefits, and organizational development. EASNA provides forums for EAP providers to learn and grow. EASNA also establishes standards of practice and guidelines for purchasers of EAP services.
