Receiving Service

Family Services Employee Assistance Program (FSEAP) provides professional counseling and health promotion services for organizations, employees and families.

If your employer has a contract with FSEAP to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) you can initiate service by calling the number listed on your EAP brochure. If you do not know your access number contact the FSEAP Regional Representative for your area.

An FSEAP intake counselor will answer your call.

The intake counselor is available to:

  • Provide information about your coverage
  • Asses how FSEAP can best meet your needs
  • Schedule an appointment with an EAP professional
  • Supply you with resources

If you do not know if your employer has a contract with FSEAP you can approach your human resource department and ask for information about your benefits package. You can also contact the FSEAP Regional Representative for you are to confirm whether your company is one of our customers and how to access FSEAP Services.

Even if your organization does not have an EAP contract with FSEAP, you may have access to other health benefits that you can apply to counseling services.
