Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP) understands that any service is only as good as the experience you have each time you have contact with us. Our professional, experienced and committed staff works hard to meet your needs.

Our counsellors hold either a master’s or doctorate degree. They are members of a professional association with a code of ethics. They have at least five years experience in their field.

All counsellors are directly supervised of their work by a senior clinician. At any time if you have a question, comment or concern about the service you have received, a clinical supervisor is available to assist you.
