Our Staff

Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP) understands that any service is only as good as the experience of each customer. FSEAP employs our own team of experienced counsellors. FSEAP counsellors are committed professionals who treat the confidence that employees give them with great respect.

FSEAP counsellors are master’s or doctorate level clinicians. They are members of their respective professional association(s). EAP counsellors are required to have a minimum of five years experience in their field, however, the average level of experience for FSEAP counsellors is ten years.

In the clinical field, the consultation, guidance and oversight of a trained supervisor is critical in maintaining accountability and a high standard of service. All FSEAP counsellors receive regular supervision by a senior clinician.

FSEAP staff may have expertise in one or more of the focus areas within which we provide service: Clinical, Organizational and Wellness.
