An employee assistance program provided by FSEAP includes facilitated access to FSEAP's specialized programs in the community.

Programs vary by location but may include:

• parenting programs
• services for seniors
• support for caregivers
• counselling for lesbians and gay men
• support for people affected by HIV and AIDS
• support for people with disabilities
• domestic violence programs
• anger management programs
